Sparus Software et Econocom Telecom has signed a partnership agreement concerning a common offer for Windows Mobile™ (PDA &Smartphones) devices management oriented towards major accounts and mid-market. This offer is combining the EveryWAN MobilityManager and EveryWAN RemoteSupport solutions from Sparus Software with the high added value managed services operated by Econocom Telecom.
April 2007 Sparus Software raised €3 million in its second round of funding, which can be extended to €4 million depending on possible acquisitions. Crédit Agricole Private Equity is contributing between €1.8 and €2.3 million, the remainder being taken up by AXA Private Equity, which had taken part in the first round.
